Helsingør's candidacy as European Capital of Culture is being created in partnership between the Elsinore 2032 association, Helsingør Municipality with project partners from across the region and the rest of Europe.
A network with living branches.
Elsinore 2032 is an independent association with its own board, members and activities.
From here, the candidacy is being developed through networks and activities across the cultural community, civil society, private and public sectors.
The strategy is based on active participation in the cultural sector in collaboration with members and project partners.
Helsingør Municipality is a member of the association and has a permanent seat on the board.
