Privacy policy
Information about how Foreningen Elsinore 2032 processes personal data and your rights.
When you contact us
We use your name, email address and message to respond to enquiries about the candidacy, collaborations and the association. You decide what to include in your message. Please do not submit national identification numbers, health information or other sensitive information through the form.
Your enquiry is stored in the association’s private administration with its status, responsible person and relevant follow-up. Sending a message does not subscribe you to the newsletter.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in responding to and following up your enquiry, under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
When you become a member
We use your name, email, phone number, address and selected membership category to process your application, administer membership and contact you about fees. For businesses and organisations, we also record the organisation’s name and any Danish company number you provide.
Membership and payment status are stored in the association’s administration. Your name or organisation’s name appears in the public member list only with your permission. This is optional and you can change your choice by contacting us.
Legal basis: the membership agreement and steps before entering into it, under Article 6(1)(b). Publication in the member list relies on consent, under (a). Necessary accounting records are processed to meet legal obligations, under (c).
When you receive our newsletter
Subscription requires you to sign up and confirm your email address. We record your address, language, subscription and confirmation status, and evidence of consent. We also record email delivery and unsubscribe events.
You can withdraw consent using the unsubscribe link in a newsletter or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before you withdrew consent. Joining the association does not automatically subscribe you to the newsletter.
Legal basis: your consent, under Article 6(1)(a).
Hosting, security and service providers
Cloudflare provides hosting, data storage and form protection. Resend delivers emails. Information is available to the association’s administration and those helping with technical operations as needed for their work.
Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical information, including IP addresses and browser information, to distinguish visitors from automated submissions. Your message is not sent to the security check itself. You can also contact us directly by email.
The forms’ technical log records form type, outcome, status code and response time. It does not contain your name, email address or message content.
Legal basis for hosting and security: our legitimate interest in keeping the website stable and preventing abuse, under Article 6(1)(f).
Processing outside the EU/EEA
Cloudflare and Resend use international infrastructure and subprocessors. Processing may therefore take place outside the EU/EEA. Their data processing agreements describe international transfers and EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Contact us for information about the specific transfer basis and relevant safeguards.
Analytics and browser storage
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic and page performance without analytics cookies. This website does not use marketing cookies.
Your selected language is stored locally in your browser as elsinore-language until you change it or clear website data. It contains only your choice of Danish or English. The home page may also select a language using your browser’s language and the country your connection comes from.
When you follow a link to services such as Facebook or LinkedIn, their own privacy terms apply.
