The ideas behind the bid.
The bidbook brings the cultural community together, outlining the vision, ideas and cultural collaborations behind Helsingør's candidacy for European Capital of Culture 2032. TO BE ... addresses three key questions:

- Artistic experiments and new opportunities to create and learn.

- Participation, local communities and connections across borders.

the association.
The Elsinore 2032 association is the secretariat for the candidacy, which is being developed in collaboration with Helsingør Municipality.
It was founded in 2021 with the purpose of winning the title of European Capital of Culture for Helsingør in 2032.
The association is also the secretariat for Kulturnatten and, in collaboration with its members and partners, regularly invites the cultural community to cultural events.
